A 30-minute call with your dedicated Team Manager and your assigned VA. We'll align on your goals, tools, workflows, and expectations, so everyone starts on the same page.

Within 24 Hours

You'll receive an email from Michelle,

our Client Success Lead. She'll include:

• A link to schedule your onboarding call
• A secure credit card authorization form
• A Google Drive folder for documents,

logins, and shared files.

Your VA Starts

Your Team Manager stays involved to ensure a smooth handoff and ongoing quality. Your VA gets to work, usually within 5-7 business days of signing.
